Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming clients, suppliers, and couriers;
  • Escorting guests to their destinations within the facility;
  • Directing calls to the appropriate extensions;
  • Sorting mail and emails;
  • Providing support to internal departments with administrative and secretarial tasks.
